David is originally from Flower Mound, TX – a place he still calls home. With a father from Detroit and a mother from rural Louisiana, music has always been in his life, whether it be Gospel in church choir, 70s Folk Rock on the car radio, or Top 40 from this milllennium.

Then, David made a home in Nashville, TN at Belmont University – where he graduated with a BFA Musical Theatre and Minor in Dance. While in Music City, he fell even deeper in love with Country and Bluegrass while also beginning his journey as a lifelong student of dance.

 

When not performing, David writes, is learning guitar, and pours into the lives of youth/children through mentorship and guest coaching dancers in his hometown.​
